Dear Churches and Pastors,

Thank you.
Meagan and I want to thank you all for the love, prayers, and Christmas gifts; that we are still receiving from the Christmas season. We're so thankful for our supporting churches. As I have mentioned in past letters, the Holiday season here in SA lasts an entire month. It is nice to get back into the swing of things, and we have returned to a full schedule of classes. Please pray as we have begun our second year of language classes that we can finish and stay on schedule to plant a church in 2021.

New Ministry Opportunities.
I have an awesome opportunity this year. Missionary Mark Coffey and one of the young preachers he is training, Mvume Johnson, have started a new church plant in Wells Township here in Port Elizabeth. I have decided to attend this church and work alongside them. This is mostly to allow me to practice language and learn culture in a new location. I am excited and have already started preaching some offertory messages. Pray for Mvume Johnson as he works this new church plant.
I would also like to mention another young preacher, Khona Mohambo. Bro. Khona is our language school teacher and now the new pastor at Nkandla Baptist Church, named after the location it is in. This is a brand new church plant and both of these preachers have a lot of work and learning ahead of them as they venture out to be pastors. We work closely with both of these men and we are so excited about the opportunity. You can see an image of my daughters helping with visitation the day before the first service in Nkandla.
Although there are now 2 new churches in the townships of Port Elizabeth South Africa, there are still nearly 700,000 Xhosa people without a proper Gospel preaching church!

- I know many people struggle with this but we are having major car trouble. My wife's car has had an alternator, A/C Compressor and now a transmission problem all within the last 2 months. It will be in the shop for about three weeks while they work on it. Please pray they can fix it quickly and keep the expense low. With the ministries we are working in it can be a struggle with only one car.

Thank you and God Bless.
