We arrived in Arizona on 7/26. This state is beautiful and we are excited to spend 2 weeks out west.  

• July 23 We had a cancellation for this day so we were able to drop in on Pastor Bryant and Grace Baptist Church in Corpus Christi. He invited us back for the evening service and allowed us to present out work! 
• July 26 We were able to be with North Valley Baptist Church here in Phoenix. We are very thankful that they are are allowing us to stay in the prophets chamber while we are in Arizona.
• July 31 We will be with Pastor George Schafer in Glendale, Az.
• We have had 2 churches express interest in supporting our ministry. Please pray for new supporters!

We are currently on out longest trip we have been in since we started deputation. We started in Carriere, Ms and we will end in Austin, Tx. It will be a total of seven weeks before we see Tennessee again. Making stops in Arizona and California. Two months is a long time to be away from home but we are so excited to tell so many about what God wants to do in South Africa.

We have had 3 churches take us on for support in June and are getting closer to our goal. We need 175$ more per month to reach 50%. Please continue to pray that we will reach that goal very soon. Thank you to all of those that support us, we are very thankful.

I am so proud of my wife. Meagan has started homeschooling this month. It is more difficult than I could imagine and I appreciate her doing this for our children. This month is also my son Avett’s third birthday. Avett was 10 months old when we arrived in South Africa for our internship. A majority of his life has spent on the road, arriving and leaving. I am proud of him and all three of my children.

My friend and fellow missionary Mark Coffee is currently on furlough and is raising money for “Camp Rhino”. It is an all-purpose camp for the youth of Port Elizabeth, SA. We want to try to help him reach his goal of $100,000 in 2017. They already have $60,000. If you would like to donate any amount you can email me for more information.

• We traveled 4493 miles. Texas is HUGE!
