Its been too long since I have posted.
But I have a good excuse.
On July 18 my son, Avett Judson Sullivan, was introduced into the World. He was about 3 weeks early, and Its safe for me to say we were not ready at all.
God has been so great to me and my family. Avett was born healthy and strong. But, he is lazy. He likes to sleep more than he likes to eat. He lost almost 1 whole pound after his birth, but in about 2 weeks of hard work he started eating well, and he gained his weight back.
One week later, 3 weeks after birth, we had a problem. Avett began to puke after his feedings. In a 12 hour period he only ate 2 ounces. As you know this is no good for a newborn. We rushed him to the nearby Children's hospital and after 3 days of fluids and antibiotics he is healthy again.
God has blessed us, there are so many children at that hospital who were way more sick than my son was. I am thankful to God for the protection and health of my Family.
As for the ministry we are still preparing for our training in South Africa as usual. I am excited to see what God has in store for our future.
